The company was established as part of the EDT Offshore Group following the delivery of the floating dry dock, EDT Ifestos, in 2015. The floating dry dock joined EDT’s existing quayside shipyard facilities to build on the company’s experience of ship repair, refit and maintenance in the Eastern Mediterranean.
